The possibility exists that you have a complaint regarding the NVAO working methods or the performance of one of its staff, including the processing of your personal data as set out in our privacy statement.

You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your notification. The timeframe for processing complaints is six weeks, in accordance with Article 9:11 of the General Administrative Law Act.

A complaint regarding a Dutch NVAO staff member will be processed by the Director or the Head of the Netherlands Division. A complaint regarding a Flemish staff member will be processed by the Director of the Flanders Division. A complaint will not be processed by a staff member who is the subject of such a complaint. The Executive Board will be consulted with respect to complaints pertaining to the performance of the Directors of the Netherlands or Flanders Division. Complaints involving a member of the NVAO Board will be processed by two Dutch and Flemish members of the Executive Board.
